“Shinshu Healthy Zero Energy House” is a housing guideline presented by Nagano Prefecture in accordance with the Nagano Prefecture Zero Carbon Strategy, describing it as “a high-quality, comfortable, and healthy wooden house that makes use of Shinshu’s abundant natural environment and forest resources, and contributes to zero carbon by 2050, taking into account the local circulation of resources and the economy.”
There is a subsidy system for houses that meet the following criteria:

– Coexistence with abundant nature
– Utilization of abundant sunlight
