地下一階、地上二階建てのホテルの耐震補強を含む改修工事が進んでいます。
1.既存建物の耐震性能を耐震補強と一部軽量化によって現行法レベルまで向上。
2.現代的なホテル運営に合うように構造体も含めリプランニングとデザイン変更。
3.最新の設備システムに一新し、外装材・内装材もスケルトン状態から一新。
を行い、築40年以上を経過した建物を再生、長寿命化しています。豪雪地帯でもあるので耐震補強設計はとても重要なポイントですが、法的、構造的な検証・設計を行い確認申請を提出し工事着工しています。古い建物を再活用する際にも、「遵法性」と構造躯体の「安全性・耐震性」を確保した設計が 社会や街、経済にとって持続可能で環境にもやさしい長寿命建築になると考えています。

Given the heavy snowfall area, seismic reinforcement design is a crucial point. Legal and structural verification and design have been carried out, and a confirmation application has been submitted before starting the construction.
